Description
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires someone proactive, creative, and data-driven, with hands-on involvement in campaigns, content, events, and digital platforms.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with management to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure timely, high-quality execution of all marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing-related activities (Digital Marketing, Events, Campaigns, Projects, New Business Launches etc.) according to company goals and timelines.
- Contribute creative and innovative brand marketing ideas and strategies to support growth and business objectives.
- Develop content and collaborate with designers to produce engaging materials (printed, digital, social media, video) for campaigns and events.
- Manage and update company social media channels, website, and email campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Support internal marketing initiatives, employee branding, and corporate communications.
- Coordinate and participate in company events, trade shows, and community outreach activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Handle ad-hoc marketing projects and tasks assigned by management.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant marketing experience (digital marketing experience preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing will be an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
