Description

The Accounts Executive supports financial operations including bookkeeping, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role involves close coordination with the finance team and management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in accounting are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
