The Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing office administration, coordinating daily operations, and supporting various departments to ensure smooth business processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, documentation, and filing systems.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
- Support internal events, HR activities, and company projects.
- Maintain records of office assets, procurement, and supplies.
- Prepare administrative reports and assist with compliance documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of relevant working experience in administration.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in administration are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic coordination tools.
- Good communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
