Description

The Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing office administration, coordinating daily operations, and supporting various departments to ensure smooth business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
  • Support internal events, HR activities, and company projects.
  • Maintain records of office assets, procurement, and supplies.
  • Prepare administrative reports and assist with compliance documents.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of relevant working experience in administration.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in administration are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic coordination tools.
  • Good communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
