Description

The Admin Intern will support the administration team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to office management and corporate processes in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily office operations, documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in managing correspondence (emails, letters, courier).
  • Provide support in vendor management, procurement, and office supplies tracking.
  • Assist in internal company events and administrative projects.
  • Prepare simple reports and update administrative records.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
